Registering for TFAC or TTC


To take a TFAC or TTC test all you have to do is:
Walk into the nearest TallyAcademy
Purchase a TCP test card for the value specified for the certification
Carry 2 passport size photographs
Also carry valid photo identification. This document should contain your name and signature
Discuss a test slot for yourself
Take your confirmation receipt from the counselor

Alternatively, you can call up your nearest TallyAcademy to book at test slot. Then on the allotted day, walk in with all the required documents, register for the test and take it on the same day. It’s really convenient.

Photo identification requirements
The following are acceptable forms of identification that you may use at the test centre:
Passport
Voter’s ID
College ID
Driving Licence
Company ID

The ID requirements are as follows:
It must be current and valid
It must bear your name exactly as provided by you in the registration form, during the registration process
It must also include a recent, recognisable photograph and your signature

If the ID document that you present, does not include your name, photograph and signature, or if the test administrator has any reason to question the validity of your ID, you will need to present additional proof of identity that contains the missing or questionable element(s).

Rescheduling a test
You can cancel or reschedule your test four hours prior to the fixed test time
In case your test is the first test scheduled for the day, you must inform the centre on the earlier evening. For example, if your test is scheduled for Friday morning at 9 am, then you need to cancel or reschedule by 9 pm on Thursday
If the test date is preceded by a holiday then you should inform the test centre at least one business day prior to the test date. For example, if your test is scheduled for a Wednesday morning and Tuesday is a holiday, you need to inform the centre on Monday latest by 9 pm

Purchasing another TCP Test Card

If you wish to improve your score, you can retake the test by paying the required fee. It is advisable to keep at least a 15 day gap between the two tests. You can purchase another test card. Take another test with the same registration number. This website will publish your latest score. So be sure to take the time to study and ensure a better score.

Test Results
As soon as you have submitted your test attempt or when you are over the time limit, you will see your score sheet and you can take a printout of the same. If you have been successful, you will receive your certificate declaring you a Tally Certified Professional, within 21 days of taking the test.
