Good News for those who are looking to be a part of authorised Tally Eduction Network ...   Tally Solutions has discontinued its earlier Franchise Model , where in the Franchise had to shell out lacs of rupees upfront towards Franchise Fees.  The Franchise model has been simplified to what is called a Tally Audit.

If you wish to get your institute audited , the primary requirement ( see below for details of Tally Audit) , your institute will require to have a valid Multiuser Tally ERP Software. Your institute (any existing or  new /prospective institute ) can become a TallyAcademy by applying for an audit, which is mandatory for the Stamp of Approval. The Stamp of Approval would earn your institute the identity of a TallyAcademy. This will be based on the result of the audit. There are certain quality criteria that your institute should meet to get the Stamp of Approval from Tally. A TallyAcademy will be subjected to periodic quality audits.

By becoming an authorized TallyAcademy, your institute can benefit in multiple ways:

1. Through our Quality Audit, recommendations would be provided to help you optimise your  resources and enhance profitability.
2. Your institute has the freedom to create your own courses that would help to address your  market requirement.
3. Your institute will be allowed to issue your own certificates with the TallyAcademy Logo to  students who successfully complete courses.
4. Your institute will gain visibility as an authorized TallyAcademy, on the Tally web site
5. Your institute would be the preferred choice as execution partners for Government and  corporate contracts, since you have the endorsement of Tally as a quality training centre 

We request you to ensure that your academy meets the pre-qualifiers for the audit, listed below,
1. Minimum working area of 500 sq.ft. with minimum 10 computers.
2. Licensed version of Tally.ERP9 Multiuser software installed in the academy.
3. Availability of atleast one full time faculty.

Tally will initiate the process of Audit once your institute makes the necessary payments for the Audit. On successful compliance (minimum rating of 2.4 on a 4 point scale) to our audit norms, you will be conferred with the status of an Authorised TallyAcademy.

Kindly note that Annual audit fees is Rs.18000/per year. Your centre will not qualify, if any of the above pre-requisites are not met.

• Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the centre should be such that it is conducive for learning. We will audit your academy infrastructure.
• Counseling: Entire process of counseling will be audited to ensure proper guidance to enquiries at the counseling desk.
• Course Content: You are allowed to create your own courses to meet market requirements. Through this audit we will validate the completeness & correctness of courses offered at your academy.
• Certification Process: The process followed in distribution of participation/course completion certificate. The assessment tests conducted by the academy and certificates issuance process will also be evaluated here.
• Complaint Redressal System: Customer satisfaction is the prime importance. We will evaluate the process of complaint handling.
• Faculty: A good faculty is the biggest factor in success of any academy. We will be validating the qualification & experience of your faculty member through this audit. We shall also evaluate the competence of the faculty member through student feedbacks.
• Placement: Efficient placement assistance leads to increased word of mouth & enquiry conversions. We shall validate the process followed by your academy for assisting your students for placement activity through this audit.

An institute is free to use their own course material.To maintain quality and homogeneity across the courses offered, you as an institute can procure sample Courseware, Marketing Material, and Process forms from TallyAcademy .
